Expired listing lead services such as the RedX and LeadSenders provide real estate specialists with a constant spring of leads from which to grow their business. Both services offer a noteworthy advantage to REALTORS who choose to not employ listing lead technology. Agents that use these lead distribution services get notified as soon as the prospective customer comes available. In addition to leads, these services provide REALTORS with sufficient data regarding the property to allow them to quickly call and close the listing.

Though similar, LeadSenders and the RedX (Real Estate Data Exchange) The biggest difference between the two services is the real time response when a lead comes available. Generally, the RedX offers leads in a shorter time and provides real-time feedback regarding the lead, the LeadSenders system provides information on a daily basis. In way of comparison, the RedX provides up to date information, but does not archive the data so accessing listing of leads from six or eight months prior is difficult. LeadSender provides this feature as a standard in their service.

Although LeadSenders provides a great service in their prospects, they are not as comprehensive as the RedX. In addition to listing prospects, the RedX provides real estate agents with a number of lead generating tools. These assets include tools to help REALTORS update their websites with the latest lead capture technology. For real estate agents that do not currently have a dedicated website, the RedX even gives a service to provide them with a turnkey solution.

Between the RedX and LeadSenders, both have their own unique benefits. As a result, it is ultimately up to the real estate agent to choose the system that will best fit his or her needs. When evaluating these types of lead creation systems, there are a lot of things to consider. Cost notwithstanding, the caliber of the prospects as well as the technology used to classify prospects is one of the most important factors of consideration.
